Invitation Maker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Invitation Maker (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Invitation Maker allows users to:

  • Create invitation cards
  • Create event posters and greeting designs
  • Use ready-made templates
  • Add text, images, stickers, backgrounds, and design elements
  • Save, download, and share created designs

The App may also provide AI-based or automated design assistance features where applicable.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
  • Use the App in compliance with applicable laws

If you are under 18, you should use the App with parental or guardian consent.

4. User Account and Login

The App may allow users to access the service using:

  • Guest Login
  • Apple Login
  • Google Login

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.

You agree that:

  • The information you provide must be accurate.
  • You will not use another person’s account without permission.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Guest accounts may have limited features compared to Apple or Google login accounts.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in the App, including:

  • Photos
  • Text
  • Logos
  • Invitation details
  • Event information
  • Custom design content

We do not claim ownership of your personal content.

5.2 License to Us

You grant us a limited license to use your content only for the purpose of providing App features, including:

  • Creating invitation designs
  • Editing your designs
  • Saving your designs
  • Displaying your designs inside the App
  • Allowing you to download or share your designs

This license is:

  • Non-exclusive
  • Limited
  • Used only to operate and improve the App

5.3 Your Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You have the right to upload and use the content.
  • You will not upload copyrighted or trademarked content without permission.
  • You will not upload offensive, illegal, harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of event details, names, dates, addresses, and other information added to your designs.

6. Templates, Graphics, and Design Assets

The App may provide templates, stickers, fonts, backgrounds, icons, graphics, and other design assets.

You may use these assets only within the App for creating personal or promotional designs.

You may not:

  • Resell App templates as standalone products
  • Copy, extract, or redistribute App assets separately
  • Claim App-provided templates or assets as your own original asset pack
  • Use the App assets in a way that violates third-party rights

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Create illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful content
  • Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive designs
  • Impersonate another person, brand, company, or organization
  • Upload or use content without proper rights or consent
  • Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or misuse the App
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the App

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.

8. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

To delete your account:

  • Open the Invitation Maker app
  • Go to Settings
  • Select Delete Account
  • Confirm your account deletion request

After confirmation, your account and related app data will be deleted where applicable.

This action may be permanent and cannot be undone.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and app data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may:

  • Update the App
  • Modify features
  • Add or remove templates
  • Change pricing or subscription plans
  • Discontinue certain features without notice

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, software, technology, templates, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Komal Kukadiya or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without permission.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for:

  • Login
  • Advertising
  • Analytics
  • Crash reporting
  • Cloud storage
  • Payment processing

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Every design will meet your expectations
  • Templates will be suitable for every purpose
  • Downloaded or shared designs will appear the same on every device or platform
  • The App will be free from errors or technical issues

You are responsible for reviewing your design before sharing, printing, or publishing it.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or content
  • Errors in user-created invitation details
  • Misuse of created designs
  • Issues caused by third-party services
  • Any loss resulting from your use of the App

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your uploaded or created content
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of any third-party rights
  • Misuse of templates, graphics, or created designs

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the App
  • You create harmful, illegal, or infringing content
  • Your activity creates risk for other users or the App

You may stop using the App at any time.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Any changes will be posted within the App or on the applicable Terms page.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
